Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management
Our practice comprises a group of board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners (providers) who are highly trained to diagnose your condition(s), recommend a treatment plan and prescribe the most appropriate psychotropic medications. We then collaborate closely with you to monitor your progress and adjust the plan to optimize your results.
Psychotherapy
Every psychiatric appointment that we conduct at IPC includes a component of psychotherapy or “talk therapy.” This therapy is integrated with the initial evaluation and follow-up medication management appointments. If you are seeking a traditional talk therapist who offers 1 hour sessions, we maintain an ongoing list of therapists in the area who are accepting new patients. We’d be happy to share that list with you.
Service Limitations
We serve ages 5-75. We are currently not taking patients for suboxone (opioid addiction) treatment. We also do not have anyone who specializes in borderline personality disorder, so we generally refer those patients elsewhere.
